The position holder is employed as an Onshore Integrated Services Inspection Project Coordinator and is required to progress their identified job tasks in a diligent and efficient way as directed by the Integrated Services Inspection Focal Point / Integrated Services Inspection Technical Manager across the Inspection contract. This role is responsible for assisting with the coordination and day to day delivery of personnel and equipment on assigned contracts. They will ensure these activities are implemented in a safe and effective manner.
They will carry out these duties in accordance with the company procedures and to the high levels of service expected by the company. The Integrated Services Inspection Project Coordinator will strictly adhere to the company's principles of independence and impartiality.
Provide Operational support as required to both Bilfinger & Client, Onshore & Offshore personnel Inc. Project Engineers, Wages, Commercial, HSEQ, T&C & HR
Ensure mobilisation requirements of personnel are complete for all requested trips along with plant & equipment required
Assist Focal point with activities of sub-contractor/3rd Parties, for work required
Liaise with Bilfinger ANDT Team for any new work scopes
Assist Integrated Services Inspection Focal Point and Technical Manager when required
Collating equipment required for new scopes
Plant/Material/Equipment ordering & monitoring. Which includes maintaining material trackers, monitoring outward & inward shipping of equipment, write offs & transfers
Plant Maintenance - reviewing plant reports to make sure in line with actual information offshore
Communication with stores & shipping departments to ensure timely issuing of equipment
Responsible for recording appraisal progress as per annual appraisal plan
Ensure CTRs are completed for any new work scopes and submitted to the client in a timely manner
Review and approval of weekly working hours, making sure hours & coding are correct and are processed in line with contract
Communicate progress, any operational difficulties and the commercial implications of this to the client
Ensure invoicing data is correct for labour & plant and checked prior to submission to client. Assist with queries as required
Track PO costs to ensure they will not burst. Amended CTRs to be submitted as and when required
Raise requisitions for recruitment upmanning and holiday cover
Manage both Company & Client rota and flight booking system
Make sure equipment checks, inspection reports, HSE reports and all relevant documents are received from Offshore in a timely manner

Instigate investigations into PAYE wage queries
Write & check or approve training, expenses and wages payments as required
Maintain Offshore holiday requests
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in working in Oil and Gas offshore environment
Experience related to in-service inspection desirable
The position holder desirable to have a working knowledge of British, European and International Standards relative to Safety, Environment & Quality.
Proficient understanding of SAP or similar
Industry Company and Client specific training / safety critical requirements as per Recruitment Procedure BMS-HR-REC-VRO-V01
Minimum of 2 Highers / Advanced Highers / A levels or equivalent.
OPITO and MIST Offshore Safety Training desirable
Position holder must have the potential to advance/progress to a higher level of management, desirable.
