In this role, you'll support end-to-end project coordination, regulatory documentation, and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of PV activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Kaizen Consulting Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our ongoing Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance while contributing to high-quality outcomes in both safety and healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project operations across pharmacovigilance and healthcare domains.
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
Organize team meetings, create agendas, and ensure proper documentation of outcomes.
Assist with case processing, data tracking, and safety reporting (ICSRs, PSURs, RMPs).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GVP, EMA, FDA, WHO, ICH).
Help maintain safety databases and support internal audit preparation.
Coordinate with clinical and healthcare teams for smooth delivery of services.
Monitor KPIs related to healthcare quality, performance, and service standards.
Support documentation, policy compliance, and patient-centric service tracking.
Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Provide regular updates to management and ensure issues are escalated promptly.
Maintain excellent professional relationships with cross-functional departments.
Track progress and generate status reports for both pharmacovigilance and healthcare projects.
Ensure timely updates of SOPs, work instructions, and compliance documentation.
Maintain detailed, audit-ready project files and logs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Healthcare Management.
1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination (preferably in PV or healthcare).
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations (GVP, ICH, EMA, FDA) and healthcare project frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
