ABOUT THE ROLE
As an
Integration Engineer
, you will lead the development of our new Boomi integration platform, enabling seamless, automated data flows across our digital ecosystem. You'll bring deep technical expertise in Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools and API management, playing a key role in shaping how our systems connect and communicate. You'll also support our data engineering team and contribute to our broader digital transformation programme.
This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex integration challenges and wants to make a real difference in a mission-driven organisation.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient integrations across systems.
Develop clear and concise technical documentation and present designs to technical governance boards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
Build and manage APIs and integrations with external partners and platforms.
Promote best practices in data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
WHAT WILL I NEED?

. To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate how you have:
Proven track record designing and supporting complex integrations in Boomi or comparable iPaaS, with strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and when to apply them.
Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (e.g. Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, SnapLogic).
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics platforms, and data warehouses would be beneficial.
Ability to collaborate and coach across teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
