About the role

Key Responsibilities

Leadership of UK Integration Operating Models

Own the design and delivery of integration operating models for each UK-acquired company and team lift.

Assess commercial, operational, and regulatory considerations with a focus on insurance broking and MGA operations.

For team lifts, assess people, client books, and operational impacts to ensure smooth transition.

Risk and Action Planning

Identify risks, dependencies, and required high-level actions for each integration.

Ensure these are communicated, documented, and owned by the relevant workstream leads.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the senior liaison between SRG and acquired company leadership (or team leaders in the case of team lifts), ensuring clear communication and expectation-setting.

Work closely with the Operations Director and Integration Project Manager to align operating models with group strategy.

Collaborate with workstream leads and subject matter experts across Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT, People and Culture, and other functions.

Governance and Reporting

Produce structured reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and the Executive team.

Ensure UK integration plans, whether company acquisitions or team lifts, are supported by clear documentation and decision-making frameworks

Strong understanding of the UK regulatory and operational environment for insurance intermediaries (e.g. FCA requirements, TOBAs, client money, insurer relationships).

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Proven ability to operate at senior level, engaging with executives, workstream leads, and acquired company or team leadership.

Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable handling complex operational and regulatory detail.
