Project Manager - Integration & Transformation

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex integration and transformation projects across our organisation. Whether it's integrating newly acquired businesses, harmonising processes, consolidating systems, or driving strategic change, you'll play a vital role in creating one seamless operating model that delivers for our customers, our people, and our business.

What You'll Do As Our Project Manager

Lead End-to-End Integrations

- Take ownership of integration and transformation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Co-ordinate Cross-Functional Workstreams

- Align teams across People, Finance, IT, Operations, Product, and Commercial to deliver against shared objectives.

Due Diligence & Pre-Close Planning

- Work with the deal team to turn acquisition insights into actionable plans, identify risks early, and ensure Day 1 readiness.

Drive Process & Systems Alignment

- Oversee system consolidation, data migration, and process optimisation across CRM, ERP, HR, and billing platforms.

Maintain Robust Governance

- Manage RAID logs, budgets, and reporting while providing clear visibility to senior stakeholders.

Safeguard Customer & Business Continuity

- Minimise disruption to services, protect revenue, and maintain customer trust throughout integration activities.

Champion Change & Adoption

- Lead communication and engagement to embed new ways of working and ensure long-term success.

What You'll Bring

10+ years' experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading complex business integrations following acquisitions or major organisational change (ideally in IT or telecoms). Proven success managing multi-workstream integration projects involving systems, data, people, processes and customers. Hands-on experience with systems consolidation and data migration. Strong governance and reporting skills including RAID logs, benefits tracking, and SteerCo reporting. Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements, including GDPR. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or MS Project). PRINCE2 Practitioner (MSP, PMP, or equivalent certifications an advantage). Experienced in Waterfall, Agile or hybrid methodologies. Ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks.
