About the role


This role is an opportunity to be part of the delivery team within the Integration Centre of Expertise in IT2A reporting to the Integration SDM.


Our Delivery Project Management team provides knowledge, expertise in all aspects of project delivery with a good grasp of the IT and integration strategy to support this COE. We're looking for a talented individual to make the next step in their career and join this fast paced environment as an Integration Project Manager.


As Project Manager you will :

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ICE IT projects Monitor project expenses and ensure that spending stays within the allocated budget for your projects, utilising Keyedin and financial reporting functionality. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders, third parties, managing expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes. Work closely with the Integration Demand team to clarify definitions of the integration requirements and then with the Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver Project requirements keeping in mind the Integration strategic objectives. Deliver Integration led vertical projects adhering to the Principles of the Boots Delivery Framework Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise not only your own deliveries but also those of your team.


What you'll need to have

Graduate or equivalent calibre Good knowledge of project lifecycles and governance Experience of project delivery Experience of managing project finances Prince2 qualification - Foundation or equivalent Good PowerPoint skills Good Excel skills Exposure to Microsoft Project Planning Matrix Management

Experience of an IT environment and developing or using IT systems and processes Understanding of integration technologies and components Experience of delivery of integration projects Working closely with multiple 3rd party vendors on shore, offshore and near shore and establishing excellent relationships and ways of working Experience of a retail organisation
