Role Definition:
We are looking for a skilled Integrations Analyst to lead the development and implementation of a Time & Attendance (T&A) integration across multiple systems, including Payroll and SAP HR SuccessFactors. This is a fixed-term role for three years, with regular travel to factory sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in T&A systems who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement T&A system integrations with Payroll and SAP HR SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specifications
  • Conduct site visits to understand local T&A processes and identify opportunities to streamline integration solutions accordingly in line with existing HR and new Payroll systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all integrated systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and technical configurations
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a deep understanding of T&A systems, integration processes and required HR and Payroll data outputs combined with a background of project delivery and/or support within a busy IT department in the Food Industry.
Essential:
  • Strong practical experience with Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Softworks, Kronos or similar)
  • Experience integrating T&A systems with Payroll and/or SAP HR SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of data mapping, system architecture, and integration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland
  • Full UK driving license
Desirable:
  • Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments
  • Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, and attendance policies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
