About the role
We're looking for a proactive and technically astute Platform IntegrationsAnalyst to join the team and take ownership of managing digital distribution integrations with brokers and third-party platforms. This role will be central to ensuring new products are successfully launched via our API channels and that existing integrations run smoothly and effectively.
You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new integrations, manage product enablement activities, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. In addition, you'll manage a Junior Integration Analyst, helping them grow in their role and ensuring consistent support for integration activities.
Lead the onboarding and project management of new integrations with brokers and platforms, from initial scoping through to deployment.
Manage the delivery of new products via API integrations, including requirements gathering, coordination of testing, and final implementation.
Act as the primary contact for integration-related queries, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure fast resolution.
Drive continuous optimisation of existing integrations to enhance performance, usability, and product visibility.
Manage and mentor a Junior Integration Analyst, including day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, tech, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of integration projects.
Efficient tracking of all activity in project management tools.
About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong project management skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment
2- 3 year of proven experience working with APIs, with a strong technical understanding of how they operate in commercial applications
Solid experience in project management or operational delivery, ideally within a digital, fintech, or technology-led business
Experience managing or mentoring team members is desirable
Exposure to the insurance industry is beneficial, but not essential
