The role
As an Integrations Engineer at Audley, you'll play a key role in connecting the dots across our technology landscape. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the integration services that link our core systems - ensuring the smooth, secure, and continuous flow of business-critical data. This role is essential to enabling automation, scalability, and efficient operations across the business, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Technology, and Operations to deliver robust, future-ready integration solutions that drive performance and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, and operate system integrations across Audley's technology platforms
Ensure seamless and secure data flow between internal and external systems
Support automation and interoperability to enhance business efficiency
Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of integration architecture
Administer and maintain robust integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, data platforms, APIs).
Develop and maintain middleware solutions, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and compliant with data governance policies.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations.
Provide support and training to internal teams on integration-related processes.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a technically skilled and values-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex integration challenges. You'll bring a strong foundation in systems and cloud technologies, paired with a collaborative mindset and a passion for making a difference.
Additionally,
Proven experience in administering Sales technology platforms, including Salesforce, Mulesoft and payment services
Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer (essential)
Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Integration Architect (desired, but not essential)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and DevOps practices
Solid understanding of data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ETL processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
