Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards Participate in ongoing professional development and training Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Proven experience in an ICU setting is essential (min 6-months in UK ICU hospital in the past 2-years) Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous professional development Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and demands
