Interactive Experience Creative Lead
to join our global Creative team during a key maternity cover period. This is a rare opportunity to shape world-class,

You'll lead the creative charge on large-scale,
interactive and immersive experiences
, with a focus on LEGOLAND and other major IPs across our global family of brands.
What You'll Do
Lead the Creative Vision
: Drive the concepting, development, and delivery of interactive guest experiences across our theme parks, gateway attractions, and new products.
Design with Purpose
: Craft guest-centred, intuitive, and imaginative physical-digital experiences that push boundaries in immersive design.
Prototype & Playtest
: Bring concepts to life with digital and physical prototypes--then playtest, refine, and repeat.
Collaborate at Scale
: Work hand-in-hand with Creative Technology, Digital & Data, Product teams, and world-class external partners.
Gamify & Innovate
: Pioneer playful, layered narrative systems and gamified experiences in location-based environments.
Communicate Creatively
: Own UX flows, experience maps, interaction models and storytelling treatments to share your vision clearly across the business.
Oversee Excellence
: Guide external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality output that meets our creative and brand standards.
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with:

SVP, Global Brand
and
Creative Strategy Director
to ensure brand alignment.
Our
Product Delivery Team
and
Regional MDs
to deliver experiences that are as operationally viable as they are magical.
A global cast of creatives: ECDs, designers, producers, strategists, and more.
Qualifications & Experience

What You Bring
Proven experience as a
Lead
or
Creative Director
or in a similar leadership role within a
creative agency, entertainment company, or immersive attractions industry
.
Significant experience in
interactive experience design
and
gamification
- from conception to development and realisation.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multidisciplinary creative projects from concept through execution.
Deep understanding of
branding, storytelling
, and
immersive design
principles.
Strong knowledge of the
theme park
and
entertainment
industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and guest experience standards.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and grow creative teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.
A strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative work and measurable business impact.
