Robertson Bell is proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation in their search for a temporary Accounts Payable Officer, initially for a 3-month contract, with strong potential to go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing finance function that offers a flexible hybrid working model - two days in the office (London) and three days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of consolidated invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage employee expenses and company credit card transactions
- Handle queries via a shared inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support wider finance team as needed in a collaborative environment
- Immediately available or available on short notice
- Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts payable environment
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable with hybrid working
