Acting as Deputy Caldicott Guardian, supporting the Information Governance agenda. Leading the patient experience and public engagement agenda and delivering improvement because of patient feedback, including national patient surveys and friends and family test.
Ensure delivery of excellence in PLACE assessments. Championing the transformation agenda using improvement methodologies and principles to enhance delivery of quality and efficiency. Ensuring that the organisation is, from a clinical governance perspective, viewed as Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive, and well-led, by patients, partners, stakeholders, and regulators. Stakeholder engagement, ICS, NHSE and CQC.
Accountable Officer for controlled drugs.
