About the team:
The Property Services team supports the Bank by ensuring that a suitable estate of premises is always available and that these locations are maintained, and services offered to provide a safe, comfortable and engaging workplace for colleagues.
What you will be doing?:
The role carries overarching responsibility for the operational management of property services, together with the delivery of a range of projects in support of the Group's corporate real estate. The role holder will report to the Group Underwriting and Real Estate Director in order to achieve the Bank's strategic and operational objectives in line with its purpose, vision and values.
The role includes responsibility for the effective management of the Property Services team, with direct reports including two Office Managers and will support multiple sites across the UK. Building Manager, KRBS Branch & CAFM Manager and Project Delivery Manager,
Your responsibilities will include...
The effective delivery of corporate and property services for all office and branch locations across the United Kingdom.
Ensuring that the physical environments (offices and branches) are operating safely and effectively in order to provide suitable environments for employees, visitors and customers
Developing and implementing a property services strategy that captures both the current and future needs of the Group
Supporting the future development of the corporate real estate in order to meet the Group's environmental commitments
Managing the relationships with core third party service providers, maximising the immediate and longer term value from each relationship
Proposing, managing and delivering against the annual property services budget, assessing and forecasting financial performance, including comparison of actuals to projections
