About the role:




This role supports the HR team by reporting on and analysing people data from multiple internal sources. This role will develop dashboards, ad-hoc analytics and develop models covering all aspects of HR data. The role will be the go-to person for HR data analytics and insights as well as reward data work such as Gender Pay Gap analysis and other data modelling.

Key responsibilities:



Working closely with the Rewards and Benefits Partner to support Reward data requirements including gender pay gap analysis and external benchmarking Create HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for Exec/Senior Manager reporting Work with key HR stakeholders to understand their data reporting needs. Present findings in a clear and actionable format for internal stakeholder mainly HR. Developing and improving reporting from HRIS system Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency. Provide input into data requirements / set up in HRIS system Coach and mentor around data reporting and analytic skills

Education & experience required:



Degree level or equivalent experience (preferred) Experience in developing scenario modelling

Desirable:



Reward understanding Dayforce experience Some experience in benchmarking / data surveys. Data management experience

Skills & abilities:



Understanding of HR data systems and usage for reporting Advanced Excel skills Power BI knowledge and proven usage. Data Reporting, proficient in generating and interpreting data reports. Skilled in performing data analysis to support decision-making. Ability to simplify data for clear and concise PowerPoint presentations. Highly collaborative, working effectively with team members and stakeholders. Possesses a curious nature with a strong desire to learn and explore new ideas. Focused on maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive in taking initiative and seeking improvement opportunities. Continuous improvement mindset. Effective in working to deadlines and managing time efficiently. Agile and flexible, able to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience along with other exceptional benefits.
