Interim HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be working with a global real estate organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 3-6-month interim basis \xe2\x80\x93 likely to go permanent at the end of the contract. This is a fully office-based role with the potential for 1 day working from home per week.

About the role

• Strategic Business Partnering: Partnering with management to design and deliver a strong people strategy aligned to business goals.
• Leadership Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation regarding leadership and organizational management practices to develop leaders and support alignment with policies and procedures.
• Talent Management: Support all talent management activities and processes, including onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning etc.
• Generalist: Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from supporting recruitment and retention efforts through to conducting exit surveys.
• Employee relations: Review and investigate all employee relations cases, managing end to end and making recommendations to management as appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner experience, having worked on both complex employee relations cases and departmental restructures.
• CIPD level 7 or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with UK employment law.
• Ability to travel across the UK to different offices \xe2\x80\x93 sometimes at short notice.
• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to use information and insights to give recommendations and data driven decisions.

• 3-6 months interim contract, likely to go permanent.
