Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week
Contract: Fixed Term, 3 months initially with potential to extend
Salary: 55,000-60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid model combining remote working with access to office space in London. You can work from your location of choice, with encouragement to attend monthly team meetings in London. The company provides travel solutions for all meetings.

Scope of Services: This role will cover all Baxendale advisory services, plus BAXCQC - a service operated by Baxendale offering a range of solutions to help health, care, and wellbeing providers become and remain Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliant.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and ensure our content reaches the right audience during a period of strategic growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with consultancy or health and care sector experience to make an immediate impact.
As our Interim Marketing Manager, you will be an experienced generalist able to oversee the full suite of marketing activities across both Baxendale advisory services and BAXCQC. You will be a self-starter able to organise your work, seek input from the wider team, and deliver outcomes that contribute towards achieving Baxendale's strategic goals.
