o Implement and maintain a service level agreement (SLA) for communication and resolution of user requests.

Systems Administration:

o Perform day-to-day NetSuite administrative tasks, including new user set-up, access controls, and resolution of system blockages or issues.

o Monitor system performance and address access or functionality issues in a timely manner.

Process & Tooling Development:

o Collaborate with the finance systems team to design and implement an in-house ticketing solution for managing non-Anaplan-related system requests.

o Ensure new tooling is scalable, user-friendly, and supports effective triaging and tracking of requests.

Governance & Change Management:

o Prepare agendas, documentation, and reports for a newly formed Finance Systems Change Committee.

o Coordinate and support the committee's meetings (every 2-4 weeks), helping to prioritise and align on requests to be actioned during each period.
