We're Hiring: Interim Office Administrator



We're seeking an organised and proactive Interim Office Administrator to support our team with Maternity cover for a 9 - 12-month period. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of office operations, handling invoicing, logistics and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Established in 1989, we are a trusted provider of high-performance insulation solutions for the Petrochemical, Power Generation and Offshore industries.

Purpose of the Role



To ensure the smooth running of office operations by managing invoicing, documentation, transport bookings, stock control, and general administrative support. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

What You'll Do



Prepare and process customer and supplier invoices using Xero.

Create and manage delivery notes for goods being dispatched.

Arrange transport for collections and deliveries.

Monitor office stock levels and purchase office and factory consumables.

Produce works orders to support production activities.

Handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries.

Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for all documentation.

Assist with import and export enquiries and related paperwork.

Experience of Xero accountancy software (desirable)
