Fitch Group is currently seeking a Program Manager (Employee Listening & Insights) for 12 months based out of our London or New York office (alternative locations considered for internal secondees).
An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity has arisen for the right person to play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of Fitch's Employee Listening Program, established in 2025. In this role, starting in November 2025, you will be responsible for assessing and measuring the success of the program's first year, and using these insights to evolve and expand the program in 2026. It's also a great opportunity to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to the evolving listening strategy that touches every part of the organization.
