Our Interim Compliance Support team is constantly supporting our clients across the UK with interim management support, full compliance audits and reviews, compliance software implementations, management training, and outsourced HR support.
Due to an increase in support requests from our Ofsted Regulated clients nationwide we are now looking to speak with experienced Children's Home Managers who have experience in successfully managing Children's Residential services to take on Interim roles.
The opportunity would be ideal for a Registered Manager who is looking to work on a flexible, freelance basis, supporting our clients onsite in various locations throughout the UK.
Essential experience includes:
Extensive experience as a Ofsted Registered Manager Children's Services
Knowledge of Ofsted Frameworks, policies and procedures relevant to Children's services.
A responsible individual with a professional work ethic who has supported various types of regulated clients and is comfortable supporting a wide range of children's services.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Manage and supervise staff, providing leadership and support to enhance team performance.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including those with special requirements such as dementia or Alzheimer's care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care management.
Administer medication and oversee health-related tasks as necessary.

Pay: Up to 500.00 per day
Expected hours: 7 - 40 per week
