We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to transform spaces into functional, inspiring, and visually stunning environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, while utilising your design expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance both form and function.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to identify their design requirements and preferences.
Develop and present design concepts using sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
Utilise industry-standard design software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Max to produce detailed layouts and visual presentations.
Prepare comprehensive drawings and specifications for construction, furnishing, and installation.
Create FF&E Pack, color selection and suggestions.
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project vision and meet cost constraints.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and sustainable design solutions to each project.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Interior Design or a closely related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven interior design experience in the UK (required).
Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite & 3ds Max.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design is advantageous.
