Interior Designer - Holiday Let Management Company

We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our fast-growing Airbnb management company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of design projects from high-end rural homes with real wow factor, to stylish, smaller urban spaces with tighter budgets. Every property is unique, and we're looking for someone who can bring the best out of each one.

For now, the role is based on an ad-hoc freelancer basis.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and furnishing new and existing Airbnb properties Creating cohesive, attractive interiors that enhance guest experience Working within varying budgets and timelines Sourcing furniture, decor and accessories using our trade accounts Managing installations and styling on-site Collaborating with our wider team to ensure properties are guest-ready

What we're looking for:

A strong eye for detail and a passion for design Ability to adapt style to suit different locations and budget levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Highly organised and confident at managing multiple projects Proactive, positive, and willing to learn A driving licence is essential
