MBS Interiors is looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer
to join our team. This role focuses on designingkitchens and living rooms
, transforming client visions into stunning, functional spaces. The ideal candidate must behighly proficient in SketchUp and rendering software
to create realistic 3D visualizations that bring designs to life.Key Responsibilities:
Design
kitchen, Bedroom and living room interiors
tailored to client preferences and space functionality. Developdetailed 3D models
andphoto-realistic renderings
usingSketchUp and rendering software
(e.g., Enscape, or Lumion). Create and presentmood boards, color schemes, material selections, and layout plans
. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and style preferences. Work closely withsuppliers and contractors
to ensure design feasibility and material selection. Preparetechnical drawings and specifications
for production and installation teams. Stay updated onindustry trends, materials, and modern design innovations
.Requirements:
Proven experience
as anInterior Designer
, preferably inkitchens and living rooms
. Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills.Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp
and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent
). Strong skills inspace planning, color theory, and material selection
. Knowledge ofcabinetry, fixtures, and fittings
related to kitchen and living room design. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and architectural plans
. Excellentcommunication and presentation
skills for client meetings. Strongattention to detail
and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
