Intermediary Monitoring and Administration Co-ordinator
The starting salary is 31,000 rising to 34,500 on successful completion of probation.
The role is full time (37 hours per week) and is based in our office on Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton, TA1 2PE. Suitable candidates must live within a commutable distance to our office in Taunton (we recommend within 15 miles).

About the role
The purpose of this role is to support all WPA registered intermediaries in a variety of areas including first line monitoring with associated reporting, record keeping, identifying risks and trending of training needs. The role also involves providing telephone and written support through high-quality and effective administration. Duties include but are not limited to;
Responsible for co-ordinating and performing first line checks on WPA's registered intermediaries;
Providing effective administration, monitoring and record-keeping for WPA intermediaries;
Deals with intermediary complaints, assisting the Customer Resolution Team to ensure they are fully investigated, responded to and logged accordingly;
Works closely with our Business Development managers to update on identified risks or gaps in knowledge and necessary corrective and preventative actions;
Responsible for collating review files for each intermediary who is flagged as higher risk providing evidence of adherence with regulatory requirements;
Responsible for ensuring all record-keeping in conjunction with first line checks are kept up-to-date and accurate;
Provides management information on results which are accurate and relevant;
Identifies any areas of risk or concern, using the intermediary dashboard, meeting and visit notes together with any other relevant information;
Delivers presentations on key findings and results with key stakeholders as required;
Dealing with telephone calls and emails and carrying out the necessary follow up.
About you
The role requires excellent time management and organisation skills. You will have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to build rapport and positive relationships with intermediaries and colleagues at all levels. You will be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, having the ability to manage time and prioritise correctly to meet appropriate deadlines and targets. You will need to have a positive attitude, be passionate and enthusiastic.
