About the Role

The Intermediate Rent Tenancy Management Officer has a key role in providing a customer-focussed and efficient tenancy management and rent collection service.

This is a 12 month contract covering maternity.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage all tenancies on a patch of Intermediate Rent properties
  • To ensure that all rent accounts are monitored regularly and correct action taken in line with Hightown`s policies and procedures
  • To ensure the preparation and service of legal notices are carried out in line with current procedures
  • To prepare documentation and attend Court and represent Hightown in possession cases as necessary
  • Where tenants no longer meet the terms of the scheme, work with other agencies to facilitate applications
  • To keep abreast of current legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice

About Us
