The role is on full-time permanent basis working 37 hours per week. The role will be a mix of home and office working. However, there will be a requirement to attend meetings at our head office in Birkenhead and potentially other locations as deemed necessary to fulfil your role and complete training.

Tenancy Enforcement Officer Role:

  • To support the Neighbourhood Manager in implementing and maintaining the Magenta Living\xe2\x80\x99s policies on Anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement.
  • To assist the Neighbourhood Manager in co-ordinating support from external agencies and individuals so that accurate and effective documents and evidence are produced for legal action.
  • To support victims and witnesses of Anti-social behaviour and provide out-of-hours service.
  • To work with partner agencies to provide a joined-up approach to preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour on estates managed by ML
  • To work within the team to provide an excellent ASB service to customers and stakeholders.
Tenancy Enforcement Officer Requirements:
  • GCSE(A-C) or equivalent
  • ECDL or similar IT qualification
  • Relevant professional qualification desirable
  • Educated to degree level advantageous.
  • Recent experience of ASB/tenancy enforcement case management including dealing with breaches of tenancy.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with other agencies, statutory and voluntary to resolve tenancy issues.
  • Experience of preparing and co-ordinating casework for legal action and court attendance.
  • Working knowledge of the housing law and other legislation relating to reducing ASB.
  • Effective letter/report writing ability
  • Evidence of understanding diversity.
  • Car driver/owne
