We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Reconciliation to join our Reconciliation and Regulatory Services team. This role is located in Manchester \xe2\x80\x93 hybrid working model.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform daily reconciliations, deciphering moderately complex exceptions between systems, clients, institutions, etc. for securities, cash and/or derivatives. Process client accounts.
• Decipher moderately complex exceptions, performing root-cause analysis.
• Enter reconciliation data and ensures proper aging. Assist more junior level support staff in identifying more complex differences.
• Communicate moderately complex break reports to either internal groups within the firm or correspondents outside the firm. Monitor resolution.
• Assist more junior teammates when difficult exceptions are to be identified.
• Leverage an in-depth of understanding of the business in order to assure that adjustments are made correctly.
• Assist in daily, weekly and monthly reporting using an understanding of the stock record and knowledge of basic accounting. No direct reports.
• May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Impact related to own work, supports the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred. 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage/banking operations preferred.
