We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our OPTISM (Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK with a hybrid work model.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performing a variety of operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing updates to client accounts or company records and interpreting and handling exceptions. Investigating and correcting errors in client accounts. Conducting independent analysis and policy interpretation. Being responsible for reconciliations, including reconciling cash breaks, position differences, and gathering and compiling data.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Maintaining correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
  • Providing product knowledge, market nuances and requirements and technical assistance, as necessary.
To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
