Overview
Associate, Marketing Specialist
location: UK remote part time

Aptean is looking for an Associate product Marketing to provide project coordination and tactical execution support across that support PMM initiatives for AppCentral and/or specific verticals. This resource ensures that projects are tracked, deliverables are completed and communication between stakeholders is consistent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Track and manage PMM deliverables for AppCentral rollout and other launches. Maintain calendars, timelines and task lists.
• Content Support: Draft first-pass copy for comms, campaign collateral and enablement materials (to be finalised by senior PMMs).
• Enablement Logistics: Help organise training sessions, webinar logistics and internal readiness activities.
• Reporting & Tracking: Consolidate performance data (i.e. campaign metrics, content usage) into standard reporting formats.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as point of contact for Field Marketing, Sales Enablement and Ops to ensure smooth flow of deliverables.
