Duties
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming environment
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate as required
Handling client check-ins, payments and appointment confirmations
Maintaining reception area cleanliness and presentation
Supporting therapists and practitioners with scheduling & admin tasks
Updating client records on CRM / booking software
Promoting clinic services, offers and aftercare advice
Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
Experience
Previous office experience or administrative background preferred but not essential
Freshers/ students can apply
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
