Your new role:



The role of Desk Based Account Manager will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Through effective planning, time management and the execution of professional sales techniques, deliver sales growth and profitability targets in line with the key objectives of the business across all strategic product, channel, and market strategies.

The key responsibilities for the role include:



Meet agreed sales targets and timelines.

Understand and apply our internal sales approach to build strong, lasting customer relationships that benefit both Hafele and our clients

Use digital tools to confidently present, promote, and sell products and services to new and existing customers.

Assess customer needs and explain how our products can meet them, highlighting value and benefits.

Build and maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers.

Connect with customer leads using digital communication methods.

Handle customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Work closely with team members and other departments to support sales efforts.

Monitor your area and market activity, track sales, and report on progress.

Share insights with management on customer needs, challenges, competition, and opportunities for new products or services.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Take feedback onboard and keep improving your approach.



What you'll need to succeed:



To be successful in this position you will:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Experience with CRM systems.

A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving sales results.

Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Great time management, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Confidence in delivering presentations tailored to your audience via digital platforms.

Strong relationship-building skills, along with energy, initiative, and enthusiasm.

Solid reporting and analytical abilities.

This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact right from the start. It is full time, permanent, core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
