Main Responsibilities




Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution. Collaborate closely with the External Business Development Manager to identify and maximise growth opportunities. Support the Order Processing Team by ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently. Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects. Handle customer concerns proactively, maintaining a solutions-driven and customer-first attitude. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to the sales team. Assist in the preparation of quotes, tenders, and proposals when required. Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the business.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:




Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or sales, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or related industries. Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams. Proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-first mindset. * Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
