As a

Internal Accounts Coordinator

based in the

North East

you'll be responsible for:

Target accounts across an allocated region to drive contact and develop new and additional sales opportunities. Identify and develop new and existing accounts to maximise the growth of sales and margin. Answering customers questions, problem resolution and providing additional information via calls and emails. Providing outstanding customer service. Maintaining close working relationships with branches in your area. Updating and entering records into the company's CRM systems.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

Plumbing and Heating knowledge is ideal. Experience in telesales, customer services or sales roles & environments. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail, quality and standards within service delivery
