The Risk & Technology Assurance Senior is responsible for managing audit reviews, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant methodologies. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Day to day duties

Is the key point of contact with junior management at a client. Can brief managers/partners on developments in client operations, what impact that has on the assignments they are involved in, and how any impacts can be managed. Starts to build an internal network of colleagues in other service lines and/or specialist teams. Provides support, guidance, and training to all team members highlighting areas of weakness through timely feedback. Has strong sector knowledge, however, is aware of when to escalate more complex technical queries. Takes responsibility for the workflow planning of the team. Proactively seeks out new opportunities to develop their skills and experience away from purely operational tasks. Takes responsibility for achieving goals and targets. Can keep track of and manage several tasks simultaneously.

What are we looking for?

Relevant certifications in auditing and/or accountancy. Basic understanding of risk and controls, and designing and implementing testing procedures to assess the effectiveness of underlying controls. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrable experience of delivering strong outputs to clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time accordingly.
