Ingredion is looking for a motivated, innovated and tech savvy Analyst to join the Internal Communications team in Manchester!


As an Internal Communications Analyst, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and alignment across Asia-Pacific and EMEA by executing regional internal communication strategies. This role ensures consistent, culturally relevant messaging from global to local levels and supports senior leadership with strategic communications and storytelling.


This role reports to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications for EMEA & APAC

What you will do:



Crisis Communication - Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, ensuring clear and timely messaging during times of change or uncertainty. Employee Engagement Initiatives - Foster employee engagement through targeted communication initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops to enhance employee experience and retention. Cross-Department Collaboration - Collaborate with HR and other departments to align internal messaging with employee engagement, change management, and organizational development initiatives. Communications Calendar Management - Maintain a regional communications calendar to ensure thoughtful planning, message cadence, and alignment across initiatives. Campaign Planning and Execution - Plan and execute internal campaigns and content across multiple channels (intranet, email, video, posters, digital screens, presentations). Webcast Coordination - Coordinate and deliver the APAC quarterly and EMEA bi-monthly webcasts on behalf of senior leadership, working closely with stakeholders to curate content, simplify complex topics, and craft compelling narratives. Internal Communications Leadership - Lead internal communications across APAC and EMEA, ensuring alignment with global messaging and tailoring content for local relevance. Content Ownership - Serve as editor and owner of InsideNews APAC and InsideNews EMEA, Ingredion's primary digital channel for employee information, resources, and engagement.

What you will bring:



5+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English Excellent presentation and design skills (PowerPoint, Canva essential) Basic video editing skills Experience supporting senior leaders and managing sensitive communications Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
