Here you will be joining a supportive and collaborative marketing department, with a wealth of experience they will be able to guide and mentor you to elevate your experience and skill set to a higher level. Here you be able to implement projects, send regular internal communication to staff including newsletters and most importantly express your creative flair.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the schedule of communications planning meetings with internal stakeholders. Overseeing the internal communications briefing board. Creating, reviewing, and updating jobs as necessary.

Creation of design assets based on pre-designed templates.

Writing, editing, and collating content for a range of channels for use in internal communications campaigns.

Proof reading and reviewing internal communications to ensure accuracy and consistent application of brand.

Day-to-day monitoring and management of internal communications channels including an intranet, e-newsletters, and Workplace.

Monitoring and reporting on employee engagement with internal communications campaigns.

Managing the internal communications schedule and individual communications plans for key stakeholders, ensuring that content is published on-time.

Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee events.

Coordinating the approval of internal communications briefs, activity plans, and creative assets.

You will be based out of the office in Wigston, Leicestershire working a model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
