Job Description

Synechron is looking for an experienced Internal Communications specialist to join their global Marketing Team. Based from our stunning new offices in central Belfast (The Paper Building), the role requires both hands on and leadership skills pulling together a global and friendly team. The role will lead the global internal communications strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand voice, and employee engagement objectives across all regions.

Responsibilities:



Draft and distribute key internal communications, including all-employee emails using tools like Contact Monkey, while tracking open and click-through rates to evaluate effectiveness Measure communication impact and deliver monthly engagement reports to the Global Head of Communications to inform content strategy and optimize future campaigns Manage a small, but high-performing team, providing mentorship, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely, high-quality output across multiple communication channels Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, manage expectations, and respond to urgent or crisis communications Own and streamline communication workflows using project management tools, from intake and task allocation to approvals and final delivery Ensure brand and design consistency across all internal messaging by working closely with marketing and design teams to maintain alignment and quality

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in internal communications, or related field, preferably in a global organisation Ability to lead communications strategy, manage teams, and deliver high-impact messaging across diverse channels Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Jira and Microsoft Forms. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
