Due to our ongoing growth as a firm and ambitious 5-year strategy, we have an opportunity for a talented internal communications expert to join us. This is a new stand-alone role responsible for defining and building our approach to internal communications.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape an internal communications strategy that reflects the variety of internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment and effectiveness of communications. You will develop and maintain the channels and messaging we use to build colleague understanding and connection to our business priorities.


We have many of the key ingredients you need to be successful in this role, we need you to bring your energy, expertise, and influencing skills to help us bring it together.


This is a new stand-alone role, with a remit to help transform and lead this area. That means the future of the role will be heavily determined by you and the direction you choose to take.

What we need from you



Formal qualification in Internal Communications or evidence of continuing professional development.
Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful internal communications strategies. Successful track record of working with and influencing Boards, Directors and senior leadership Lived experience of internal communications best practice and sharing that knowledge within an organisation.
Exceptional writing and editing skills. Confident creator of engaging content for diverse audiences. Able to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Able operate with purpose and independence, turning ideas into action and drive meaningful change Strong presentation skills.
Analytical - you look deep into the data and identify what it is (or isn't) telling us. Collaborative - you enjoy working with others and ensuring your strategy aligns with wider team and business priorities. Curious - you are dedicated to continuous learning and improvement. Dynamic - you can both visualise your strategy and be a driving force to bring it to fruition. Versatile - you can adjust your approach to the needs of the firm or the audience.
