OVERALL SUMMARY




Join the TrinityBridge HR Team where you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a strategic internal communications plan that complements and supports the TrinityBridge business strategy and marketing strategy. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, the role holder will support the delivery of the TrinityBridge internal communications strategy, including planning, content creation and channel management. The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, and in particular within the marketing team to support the delivery of this.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Design and implement an internal communications strategy to meet the immediate and longer term needs of the business and to increase staff engagement across the business with BAU activities, commercial success stories, key initiatives and projects Ownership, maintenance and delivery of a clear communications calendar and plan, including (but not limited to) regular communications from the CEO; other Executive Committee members; senior leadership; employee networks and committees and the HR function. Engage with and secure support from all key stakeholders, in particular the Executive Committee although wide understanding of all colleague communication needs is essential Proactively create and edit relevant content - ideation, writing, editing and publishing articles for various communication channels. This includes coordinating and liaising with various colleagues across the business on their communication priorities Deliver communications across a range of channels including management of and driving engagement with our Fresh site Display creativity in the use of all available internal communications tools. Measure, monitor and report on success against agreed KPIs Evolve the communications strategy in line with insights from KPIs and understanding of business needs and initiatives Increase engagement and gather feedback by visiting all TrinityBridge offices throughout the year Support for all People initiatives and processes, including talent attraction and onboarding collateral; employee engagement surveys and outputs; and employee lifecycle communications Provide communication support for key business wide transformation projects Ensure that all internal communications remain in line with the brand and tone of voice of TrinityBridge.

Regulatory responsibilities Compliance/T&C



Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

A passionate communications professional who understands the importance of internal communications in a people-focused organisation. Experience within professional services or financial services is essential High levels of creativity, lateral-thinking and problem solving Proven experience in improving employee engagement and managing employee communication campaigns independently is essential Strong project management skills Excellent copywriting and editorial skills Proactivity and responsiveness is required at all times, as well as the ability to multi-task across a range of projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels across the business. Excellent interpersonal skills including stakeholder influencing and management, at all levels of an organisation Commercially aware with a creative flair and an eye for detail A true team player who is just as willing to work on the cyclical and BAU work as the high profile and strategic projects. Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced change heavy environment, and bring others on the journey as well is essential.
