Department: Communications Location: Head office (Cricklewood) Closing Date: November 24, 2023
Job Summary In this newly created role, you will support the Communications Team in the delivery of our internal communications and engagement, assisting our employees to be informed, engaged and aligned with the company vision, our values and business objectives. Main responsibilities Support the Communications Team in the delivery of our internal communications strategy. Work with the Comms Team and internal stakeholders to identify news, and success stories for use internally, ensuring all content messaging is consistent, relevant and timely to the target audience. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Prepare high-quality, engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, internal employee app posts, emails, and assist with internal events (webinars, internal awards, forums, etc.), annual survey and pulse surveys. Be a brand champion; ensure all materials and activities align with our brand guidelines and tone of voice. Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Competencies & skills
  • Experience supporting internal communications and engagement initiatives that inspire and engage employees.
  • Experience developing written and visual content for internal comms such as newsletters, award nominations, blog posts
  • Attention for detail
  • Ability to operate as a team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a natural flair of providing support and guidance and going \xe2\x80\x98the extra mile\xe2\x80\x99;
  • Able to maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Discreet when managing confidential matters;
  • Desirable: Adobe suite proficient
  • Must have exceptional organisational skills.
