We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team.
CIPS is taking bold steps to show our global audience that we are so much more than an 'awarding body' to the profession of Procurement and Supply (P&S). The incumbent will help us establish CIPS as an inclusive body and the best source of information and education for P&S on the global landscape.
CIPS are the custodians of the global standards for P&S and are dedicated to empowering learners with transformative training solutions. This role is for a talented Internal Communications Specialist to lead our internal communication at CIPS. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in shaping our communications to all our colleagues across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for building a strategy that identifies and draws in a wide range of stakeholders from employees to volunteers, members and suppliers to CIPS.
Identify relevant communications and which stakeholders need to receive which communications, and engagement opportunities, and subsequently evaluate their effectiveness.
Develop and lead the implementation of an internal communications strategy including tactics, activities and materials that builds on CIPS' culture and values that fosters employee engagement.
Support planning and execution of global company (global CIPS offices) meetings including event logistics, executive presentations and supporting documentation.
Participate in the creation of internal and external communications including brainstorming sessions, conceptualisation of videos, brochures, promotional items etc.
Alongside the External Communications Specialist, ensure synergy with the public-facing messages, in line with our business priorities.
Manage communication initiatives and an annual calendar which speaks to all members of our diverse internal community.
Coordinate and publish regular company-wide newsletters, interviews, and newsflashes (among other tools) in an innovative and compelling manner.
Ensure our managers are equipped to deliver communications to their team members.
Coordinate small cross- functional project teams including creative, digital asset management, CMS, social media and production.

Pay: 45,941.00-54,555.00 per year
