We are seeking a proactive and dynamic internal customer account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities



You'll work closely with our Managing Director and the wider team to support and grow our existing customer base. Your role will include:

Assisting with Internal account management, including preparing customer proposals for the sales of machinery, spare parts, and technical support enquiries. Managing and updating sales projects within our CRM system, providing regular updates to senior management on account status, opportunities, and challenges. Supporting marketing campaigns, website updates, and helping to maintain our social media presence. Preparing and assisting with product samples, demonstrations, and presentations (both in-person and online). Canvassing and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Representing the company at trade shows and exhibitions as required. Working collaboratively with the internal team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations. Utilise our CRM system to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports to identify trends, forecast sales, and help inform strategic decisions.

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively. Proficiency in ZOHO or similar CRM platforms for account management and reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate clients and colleagues alike. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
