Job Purpose
To work in the customer service department supporting the Key Account Managers with quotes and enquires as well as inputting orders correctly on our internal processing system. We sell a very extensive range of products so the ideal person would have a good memory and excellent attention to detail.
Working closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and help achieve the company's strategic growth objectives for customers.
Main Responsibilities
Proactively speak on the phone to existing and potential customers with the intention of increasing customer relations and spend.
Input orders onto our internal order system.
Answer customer enquiries and sort out queries.
Contribute to the shaping and delivery of corporate strategy to achieve organisational objectives.
Liaise with and understand all departments within the business.
Be a role model for the company values and behaviour's both internally and externally.
To be accessible and open to staff.
Responsibilities also include
Make appointments for the external sales executives with existing customers
Follow up appointments and quotations.
Speak with suppliers when needed.
To carry out any other reasonable duties associated with the role at the request of the Customer Services Manager or other suitable official.

Good attention to detail
Competent with computer work and Microsoft packages
Proactive mindset and willing to create your own activities
Having worked in a similar role would be good but not restrictive
Full training will be provided
Knowledge of local geographical area would be useful but not restrictive
