Job Description

Day to day co-ordination of a semi-skilled maintenance team delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and repairs to ensure the University's buildings and engineering systems are statutory compliant and fit the learning environment. You will manage the teams planned and reactive maintenance requests prioritising work streams to meet service KPI's with a focus on high level customer care to University stakeholders. You will also carry out semi-skilled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and repairs to ensure the University's buildings and engineering systems are statutory compliant and fit the learning environment. You will carry out minor works to building fixings and housekeeping duties by undertaking some minor decorating, plant room and roof area inspections and general cleaning tasks.



You will be required to work closely with the Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Estates Helpdesk team in the delivery of hard FM services across all University campuses.
