We're looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join our close-knit team at 299 Lighting's Bristol head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's keen to start their career in B2B sales with full training provided - no previous sales experience needed!

What You'll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities Building relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular contact Working closely with our Managing Director, Project Director and Sales Engineers to develop opportunities Learning about our lighting products and solutions through comprehensive training Supporting the sales team with lead generation and database management Following up on enquiries and progressing them through to orders Attending client meetings (once trained) to support senior team members
