WorkplaceHero is expanding its accredited training offer to the Further Education sector and is seeking experienced and qualified
Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs)
to support quality assurance across the following qualifications awarded by a nationally recognised awarding organisation:Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3 & Level 5 Diplomas in Education and Training Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct internal quality assurance of assessment decisions Support assessors and delivery staff to uphold high standards Ensure full compliance with awarding organisation requirements Participate in standardisation and feedback sessions as needed
You'll Need:
A recognised IQA qualification (e.g., Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice) Occupational competence and qualifications relevant to the subject area(s) Up-to-date CPD and thorough understanding of regulated qualifications Experience supporting assessors and working with adult learners in the FE/Skills sector Confidence using digital systems and remote working tools
