Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) - Freelance/Casual

Are you an experienced Internal Quality Assurer looking for a flexible role where you can contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and training?

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated

IQA

to join our team on a

freelance or casual basis

. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our training provision across health and social care or other vocational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct internal quality assurance of training delivery and assessment practices Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and internal standards Support trainers and assessors to uphold best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment Sample learner work, observe training delivery, and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate and up-to-date IQA records and reports Contribute to standardisation meetings and continuous improvement processes

What We're Looking For:



Qualified IQA (TAQA L4 / V1 / D34 or equivalent) Experience in internal quality assurance within vocational training, ideally in health and social care or clinical skills Strong understanding of awarding body standards and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail Able to provide clear, supportive feedback to assessors and trainers Comfortable using digital platforms for remote quality assurance activities

Desirable:



Clinical or health and social care background Experience working with a range of qualifications (e.g., RQF, apprenticeships, short courses) Knowledge of EQA visits and regulatory audits
