Public Sector Resourcing are looking to recruit an Internal Resourcer - (Inside IR35) for a 7-month contract working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 2 days attendance in the Aberdeen office

As a Internal Resourcer - (Inside IR35), your main responsibilities will be:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple functions (e.g., Policy, Legal, HR, Finance)
Deliver recruitment campaigns and manage stakeholder communications
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
Conduct initial outreach and screening
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Maintain accurate records across resourcing systems
Support internal mobility and succession planning
Promote the employer brand and sustainability mission
Contribute to inclusive hiring and diversity initiatives
