In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent to support our clients' hiring needs. Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
Write and post compelling job adverts to attract high quality applicants
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Keep accurate and up to date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to support recruitment strategy
